中国移动通信集团公司于近日发布通报，中国铁通集团公司并入中国移动通信集团公司，成为其全资子企业 。

The announcement confirmed a long-expected industry reshuffleinvolving another two smaller telecom service providers namelyChina Unicom and China Netcom.该通告证实了期待已久的该行业重组计划，此次重组还涉及另外两家电信运营商，中国联通和中国网通 。

上述报道中，industryreshuffle就是“行业重组”，那么“电信行业重组”就是telecomindustry reshuffle或粘賓lecom industryrestructuring，年初实施的“政府机构重组”就是governmentreshuffle 。

Restructure强调的是结构的改变、重组，锻襡shuffle则强调人员、岗位的调整 。

acquisitionplan是“收购、并购计划”，在很多报道中都见过了，wholly-ownedsubsidiary就是“全资子企业” 。
